A one-time password (OTP)
1. What methods can I use to receive a One-Time Password ("OTP")?

The initial setup of the customer is to receive OTP by email, and later OTP by Ayers Security Code.


2. How can I change the method of receiving OTP?

Currently, you can only receive the initial OTP by email, and the OTP will be obtained by the Ayers Security Code on your mobile phone.


3. Do I need to register an email address to receive OTP?

Yes, all online securities trading customers must use their registered email address to receive OTP and other notifications (e.g. login and successful transaction notification, etc.). If you continue to use the email address registered at the time of account opening, you do not need to register again.


4. What should I do if I don't have an email address registered in my account?

Click "Form Download"> "General Forms" > "Notice of Change of Account Information", download and complete the form, please fax it to (852) 2521 7700 or email to or mail to "Suite 1406, 14/F, Great Eagle Centre, 23 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong". After we receive the request to change the information, we will call you by customer service staff for confirmation, and the information will be updated after confirmation.
